7.4 Close Year

Select Close Year from the Utility menu to call up the Close Year Date dialog window.

This function, as noted, will purge all transactions up to a specified date, with the exception of Employment Insurance and vacation pay data. Type in the appropriate closing date and then click on the button marked 'Close Year' to complete the operation, or 'Cancel' to quit.
