7.2 Export

Select Export from the Utility menu to call up the Import/Export File Selection dialog window. The purpose of this function is to create a data file that can be imported at a later date or to a different company file.

Select one of the five options available for export by clicking on the radio button to the left of that option. Click on the 'Export' button when the correct option has been selected to call up the Save File dialog.

Choose a suitable name for the file, or simply use the default name, and press <Enter> to export the data to that file, or click on the button labelled 'Cancel' to abort the operation.
