6.7 Payroll Summary

Select Payroll Summary from the Report menu to call up the Payroll Summary Parameters dialog window.

Fill out the dialog as follows:

a) Select dates: to organize the summary by date, click on the radio button at top left and type in the date range.

b) Select Paymt No: to organize the summary by payment number, click on the radio button at bottom left and type in the number range.

c) By Cost Centre: to organize the summary by cost centre, toggle this option on.

d) All CCs/Only CC: Select and fill in the appropriate cost centre parameters.

Once the dialog is filled out to your satisfaction, click 'OK' to call up the Payment Summary window, or 'Cancel' to quit.

To exit the Payroll Summary Window, select Close from the File menu, or type in the keyboard command equivalent, <cmd-W>. Alternately, click in the small box in the upper left corner of the window.
