6.6 Payment Precis

Select Payment Precis from the Report menu to call up the Payment Precis Parameters dialog window.

Fill in the date range and the cost centre information as desired. Click on the 'OK' button to call up the Payment Precis, or the 'Cancel' button to quit.

The Payment Precis window contains information on each payment transaction including gross and net figures, deductions, and payment numbers.

To exit the Payment Precis window, select Close from the File menu, or type in the keyboard command equivalent, <cmd-W>. Alternately, click on the small box in the upper left corner of the window.
