VII. Utility Menu

The Utility menu is used to access several dialogs and functions, including the dialogs for each of the Import, Export, Make T4 File, Close Year, Update TD1s, Purge Transactions, Purge Employees, Update Postings, Check Database, and Update Database functions. These dialog windows are accessed by using your mouse.

For more information on one of the functions available in the Utility menu, click on the appropriate selection in the menu diagram. For example, if you want to know more about the Make T4 File selection, click on it in the menu above.
