Dragoon Boots

If a pair of army boots (or navy, for that matter) have a Flea gaffling bound into them, they become Dragoon boots- capable of launching the Garou through the air in spectacular leaps. Vertically, she can achieve heights of 5 feet per point of Strength (up to 45 feet for a Strength 9 Crinos Garou!) and up to 10 feet of distance per point of Strength, horizontally. Furthermore, she may land without injury so long as she got at least one success on a Strength + Athletics roll (difficulty 6). Leaping rakes get two extra dice in their damage pools when executed with Dragoon boots.
